Can I sign up for Monthly or Quarterly service and cancel after the first service?

We’re happy to work with you based on the circumstances of your cancellation, but in most cases you will be charged the One-Time cleaning price.  Our Monthly and Quarterly pricing is reserved for customers who continue with those plans on an ongoing basis.

Do you come the same day the trash and recycle is picked up?

The CanMan provides next say service, the day after your trash and recycling is collected.  This ensures that your cans are empty prior to us arriving for your cleaning.

Do you offer recurring service plans for long-term pest control?

Yes, we offer recurring service plans for long-term pest control. These plans provide regular treatments to prevent pests from returning and maintain a pest-free environment. Our team can customize a service plan that suits your requirements.

How do I sign up for service?

To get started, click here to select a plan. Then select the number of cans you want cleaned, and proceed to checkout where you’ll provide your information.   Please make sure to provide your trash pickup day(s), and specify if you would like us to service an address other than your billing address.

How do I update my credit card?

To update the credit card used for your recurring service, click here to add a new payment method from the My Account portal.

How do you determine the cost of a pest control treatment?

We offer competitive pricing and provide a detailed cost estimate after conducting a thorough inspection of your property.

How do you handle pest infestations in hard-to-reach areas, such as attics or crawl spaces?

How long does a typical pest control treatment take?

The duration of a pest control treatment depends on the size of the property, the severity of the infestation, and the type of pest being treated. On average, a treatment can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours.

How long will it take to see results after a pest control treatment?

The time it takes to see results can vary depending on the pest being treated. Some pests may be eliminated immediately, while others may take a few days or weeks for complete eradication. Our technicians will provide you with an estimate based on the specific pest and treatment plan.

How often should I schedule pest control treatments?

The frequency of pest control treatments depends on the severity of the infestation and the specific pest. We typically recommend regular treatments on a quarterly or bi-monthly basis for long-term prevention and control.

How will I know when my cans are going to be cleaned?

You will receive a job confirmation to let you know when we have scheduled you for your cleaning service.

I was charged, why wasn’t my can cleaned yet?

Once you’ve signed up for your one-time or recurring service, our team will work to get you added to our cleaning schedule as soon as possible.

For monthly cleanings, you will be charged on the 1st of the month and your can will be cleaned within that calendar month and approximately every 4 weeks thereafter.  For quarterly cleanings, you will be charged at the beginning of each 3 month period (on the 1st of that calendar month), and your cleaning will take place approximately once every 12 weeks.

What if I am out of town?

That is totally fine! We will try and get you rescheduled if you let us know as soon as possible! If we have already come by no refund or rescheduled cleaning will be issued.

What if I forget to leave my cans out?

We try and have grace for all of our amazing customers, but we do have to charge a trip fee of $10.

What types of warranties or guarantees do you offer on your services?

We offer warranties and guarantees on our services, depending on the type of pest and treatment provided. Our team will explain the specific details and terms of the warranty or guarantee associated with your pest control service.

Will I need to leave my home during the treatment process?

In most cases, you do not need to leave your home during the treatment process. Our pest control products are designed to have minimal impact on human health. However, we may recommend temporarily vacating the area for a short period if deemed necessary.
